Slightly broken dressing table - 1,000 yen
When we transported this little dressing table, the movers lost the bolts to attach the mirror to the arms. The two arms can be removed (leaving two small holes in the table) or you could easily create a new version, if you are more competent than me. The dressing table has one small drawer.
2 White ladder-style bookshelves - 2000 yen each
Approx. 500 fiction books - 100 yen per book; 4,000 for 50, 6,000 for 100, and 20,000 for all of them.
No picking individual books - take your chances on this lucky dip. But we have excellent book tastes! You'll definitely receive interesting and diverse, high quality literature. A mix of hardbacks and paperbacks but more paperbacks.

Approx 16 books about Japan - 3,000 yen for all of them
These books include several guidebooks, plus other informative and entertaining books about Japan. We currently keep them in our guest room where visitors much appreciate them.
Approx 20 Japanese learning books - 6,000 yen for all of them. Includes Minna no Nihongo (with some annotations), grammar books, basic readers, etc. Plus amazingly helpful grammar cheatsheets and a special bonus: a huge, beautiful kanji poster.
Approx. 90 travel books - 2,000 yen
This is a job lot - please take all. Mostly Lonely Planet; some Rough Guide, Bradt, Moon, Time Out etc. All purchased within the last 9 years; some within the last few months. These look great on our bookshelves.
