Perfect Liars Club on 3rd December 2014 at the Bier Baron

We had a lot of newbies at Perfect Liars Club on 3rd December, and yet again we were sold out: hooray. Our suspects of the evening were Aida Cavalic, Jessica Piscitelli, Pierce McManus, and Stephanie Garibaldi (in first name alphabetical order to reduce bias, of course). In an unplanned way, there seemed to be a natural theme of college antics, and ways to make money... Stephanie was drawn to go first, and raised many eyebrows at her tale of virtuously studying in her dorm late at night when a rich kid entered, peed on her futon, and subsequently ended up giving her $1,000 not to press charges. Then Pierce claimed that he'd made $150 for an hour of work dressed as a television PSA character in the Omni Shoreham Hotel. Jessica was up next, trying to persuade us that when she was in charge of a production company's petty cash, she screamed at a potential mugger and scared him off his intention. And finally Aida described her angsty break up leading to a misguided drag act. The tension rode high as the interrogation got underway, with some of the shrewdest questions we've had for a while! And when it came to the vote, more than half the audience were persuaded it was Stephanie. The rest were pretty much split between Pierce and Jessica. So it was to the immense smugness of a mere 7 people that when the drumroll started and the liar stepped forward it was... Aida!
