Perfect Liars Club show - July 8th 2013 at the Science Club

The third Perfect Liars Club show was another sold out success with people squeezing into the last spaces and some plodding off home, disappointed (buy tickets early, folks!). And no wonder - our fabulous quartet of suspects were Roz Campion, Mike Kane, Jay Krasnow, and Perfect Liars Club favorite, Pierce McManus (in that order). As usual, there were some suspicious tales. Did Roz's encounter with the Syrian security police really happen? Did a well-known Simpsons voice artist really steal Mike's sandwich money? Is Jay really a NOVA Trader Joes celebrity? And could Pierce have ever been so innocent as to pick up a prostitute by mistake. Well, yes, no, yes and yes! After a vigorous interrogation by our lovely audience (which included a cruel Google-fuelled question about the name of the producer of a documentary on lemurs), the votes were in... and most people suspected Jay! Cue shock when it was time for the grand reveal... and Mike stepped forward. He was crowned July's Perfect Liar. DC audience, you can do better...
