Perfect Liars Club at the Bier Baron on October 1st 2014

Another sold out crowd greeted our quartet of suspects as they took to the stage at the Bier Baron on October 1st. After a glorious rendition of our theme song, and an embarrassing confession by Layla, when a lie of omission to her wife ended up in shameful exposure of her Netflix behavior... the game commenced! First up, Meleia Egger tried to persuade us that she had become crazily obsessed with an alarm clock. Then Cara Foran took us back to Washington past, specifically to a crack house she claimed to  have visited in Shaw... Next up, Mike Baireuther made claims to having written a script for Oprah. And finally, Diane Ivey insisted that she had worked as a celebrity impersonator... for Adele. The questions flew. The audience was extra-shrewd. But when it came to the vote, a primary suspect emerged. Diane got nearly half the audience suspicious. Around a quarter suspected Mike. And the remainder were evenly split between Cara and Meleia. The drumroll commenced... and then the truth was told. The liar was... Diane! Despite her heroic, tuneless rendition of Adele's songs, the audience were just too shrewd, and  - for one of the few times at Perfect Liars Club - emerged victorious. Diane was crowned hopeless liar, and that was a wrap!
