King size bed - the base is from Loaf, £745 new two years ago. It has four storage drawers, and is specially made for tight spaces - so it is the very best bed we could find to fit into our bedroom and give us plenty of space to walk past. Open so you can see one of the drawers.

Desk from Habitat, 75cm wide. Fits perfectly into the nook between chimney breast and window in our flat - a tricky size to find. Currently £70 new. This one has a few scuffs on it but is in good order.

We had this bespoke under-sink bathroom cabinet custom made by local company In Use Reuse, to fit perfectly our standard bathroom sink, with loads of room inside. It's made from recycled pallets from Brixton Market! As you can see, the company featured it on their website.

Dog carry case. We brought our little dog back from Japan to London in the hold of a plane in this case, so it is tried and tested and airline approved. Will take a dog up to about 8kg.
